Founder Background

From enterprise services to China-side sourcing execution

Mr. Yang has worked around enterprise services, resource integration, business planning, marketing and team management for many years. Since founding his first company in January 2014, he has been involved in enterprise services for more than 12 years.

The broader group has served more than 6,000 companies in total, currently supports more than 4,000 clients in China, and now has teams in Guangzhou, Foshan, Hainan and Hong Kong with more than 80 staff members. This gives Easysail a practical understanding of how Chinese companies operate, communicate and make decisions.

In sourcing work, Mr. Yang does not view procurement as only finding a factory. A serious project may involve supplier screening, product logic, price comparison, payment timing, production follow-up, inspection preparation, loading records and cross-border communication.

Commercial judgment

Review whether product category, quantity, budget, destination market and timing are practical before deeper work begins.

Supplier logic

Pay attention to whether suppliers answer the real requirement or only send catalog-style replies and surface-level prices.

Execution records

Use written notes, dated updates, photos, videos and clear handover records during samples, production, inspection and loading.

Long-term cooperation

Build a process that can support future orders instead of treating every inquiry as a one-time search.

Founder-Level Value

When founder-level review is most useful

Founder-level review is most helpful when a project has many moving parts, a meaningful budget, several suppliers or a decision that affects payment, inspection, shipment or long-term cooperation.

Large procurement lists

Mining equipment parts, hotel material packages, machinery lists, medical supplies or repeat container programs where priorities must be organized.

Existing supplier uncertainty

The buyer has quotations or samples but is unsure whether to verify, inspect, pay, consolidate or continue.

Project resource coordination

Some buyers need sourcing plus design, local service resources, supplier communication and long-term China-side coordination.

Regional growth opportunities

When a buyer wants to build a regional equipment, parts or supply program, the sourcing model should be considered before the first order expands.

What to prepare before asking for review

  • Product photos, reference links, drawings, model numbers or technical files.
  • Target quantity, budget range, destination country and expected timing.
  • Existing supplier names, quotations, samples, videos or communication records.
  • The specific decision that needs support: supplier search, payment, inspection, shipment, consolidation or long-term setup.

What founder-level review does not replace

  • Technical engineering review by product specialists when required.
  • Destination-country customs, tax, legal or regulated compliance advice.
  • Final buyer judgment on commercial risk, market demand or payment decision.
  • Supplier responsibility that depends on the supplier, order terms and inspection result.

Working Process

How Easysail usually starts a sourcing review

  1. 1

Review the buyer's project background and current decision stage.

  2. 2

Identify the main obstacle: product clarity, supplier trust, quotation comparison, sample standard, production risk or shipment readiness.

  3. 3

Decide which China-side records or supplier checks would make the next decision clearer.

  4. 4

Organize the internal team or local resources if the project becomes practical.

  5. 5

Keep the buyer focused on evidence rather than supplier claims alone.
