In reality, they address different risks.

Pre-shipment inspection mainly checks whether the products comply with order specifications. Container loading supervision focuses on whether the goods are loaded into the container correctly and securely.

If the product itself has quality defects, container loading supervision cannot resolve it.

Conversely, if the product quality is compliant, but items are short-shipped, misloaded, or outer cartons are damaged due to improper stacking during loading, a pre-shipment inspection alone cannot prevent it.
